We are actually starting to hints of autumn. Cool air has peaked out from between the lingering heat, and I occasionally hear a crunch under my foot. This is the time the circle of the seasons is winding down and plants feel like they are turning towards to earth. We can move with the plants and start to turn inside and germinate what we would like to bring more of into the world in the new year. Give yourself opportunities to relax in order to reflect, like this gentle yoga class. Meditation and quiet contemplation can be helpful additions in this process.
